This summer, join us for a week of faith and fun June 9–13, 2025. Our VBS program is just for kids—and is full of Bible learning, music, crafts, and games. (Not to mention friendships that last a lifetime.) Join us for an unforgettable week, 9am to 12:15pm every day.

Thinking about VBS? We hope so. Because while your kids are having the time of their lives, they’re also building a strong Biblical foundation, developing meaningful friendships in a safe environment, and growing in confidence as they discover their God-given purpose. We can’t wait to welcome them.

No! VBS is a FREE event for the community. T-Shirts can be purchased for $8/each. Donations will be accepted to provide materials for all attendees.
Children who have completed kindergarten (MUST be 5 years old by September 1, 2024) through completed 5th grade. Idlewild members who volunteer can register their children from birth to age 5 years old.

You’ll be asked to submit a liability form for each attending child and volunteer. This is done once per year and is valid for ALL IBC activities that year. Find the form at https://www.idlewild.org/liability-releases/Volunteers must be active IBC members willing to have a current background check on file.
All children must be registered by May 17, 2025, to receive a packet in the mail. After May 19th, packets can be picked up at “Will Call” on the first day of VBS. T-Shirt orders must be placed by May 4, 2025. Family Night Meals must be purchased by June 10, 2025 @ 5pm.
If you want your child in the same group as ONE of their friends, then both children must be in the same grade and register on the same day, no later than April 27, 2025. All buddy requests are limited to one buddy request per child.
Wheeled shoes, skateboards, and gum. Cell phones must be put away, out of sight during VBS. Idlewild is not responsible for any devices that your child brings with them to VBS.
Children are encouraged to wear their VBS t-shirt and dress comfortably for the day’s activities.
